Yahaira was admitted as Partner effective January 1, 2018. She currently oversees the audit and tax services of several clients and leads the Firm’s recruitment and Human Resources functions. Yahaira began her career with the Firm in 1996 as a staff auditor and was later promoted to in-charge auditor, assisting in and performing audits for various businesses, including manufacturing, government, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and retail. From 1999 to 2007, she held several corporate positions, including Controller at Ramada San Juan Hotel, Chief Accountant at Hyatt Regency Cerromar and Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club, and Controller at Sol Meliá Vacation Club. She returned to the Firm in January 2008 as a senior auditor and was gradually promoted to Manager, specializing in audits of retail, construction, distribution, telecommunications, and service companies. Yahaira is also experienced in preparing corporate and individual tax returns and personal financial statements, and has served as an instructor in technical in-house seminars.
