The legacy
VGMM was founded by CPA Ernesto Valdés in 1975, establishing the foundation of a firm committed to excellence, integrity, and personalized service. The legacy of the renowned CPA Juan A. Gil later became part of this history when his practice merged with VGMM in 1980. Founder of the Interamerican Accounting Conference and recipient of the Benemeritus CPA of the Americas award, Gil brought invaluable leadership and professional distinction that further strengthened the Firm’s position within the profession
